Anvera Elab is the prototype of a single-hull planing boat, built entirely of carbon fiber. It is the result of a project that sees Cluster company’s TecnoElettra among the protagonists and consists in the design and construction of a pleasure boat with all-electric propulsion. The Italian boat at the Monegasque competition Solar & Energy Boat Challenge reached 74.49 km / h (about 41 knots) tearing the record of 2016 at 49.10 km / h.
TecnoElettra, a company from Vignola (Modena) that is member of IR4I Emilia Romagna Aerospace Cluster, was founded in 1974 and has as its core business the research, design and production of wiring and electrical and electronic systems for many sectors including Motorsport for primary Formula 1 teams, Moto GP, as well as other competition categories such as: Rally, LMP1-2 cars, FIA GT cars and Tourism, SuperBike, Superstock, America's Cup boats, Offshore. TecnoElettra produces complete systems and projects also for the Military, Aerospace, Railway and Road Safety sectors.
